AI for executives
and policy makers

This book sets the (rather ambitious) goal of explaining what is artificial intelligence and how companies can realistically take advantage of it, especially in the context of (renewable) energy.

Split in two parts, the book condense the essence
of artificial intelligence, intelligence in software applications and finally machine learning and ultimately makes the reader no longer scared or stunned by concepts like training and algorithm. After a first half that also goes through the history
of artificial intelligence, the second half discusses strategies to apply machine learning concepts to energy scenarios such as production, price and fault prediction.
