On November 7th, 2025, WiSNAM will participate in the Workshop “Transizione Energetica Sostenibile” hosted by the University of Naples Federico II – School of Engineering (Aula Bobbio).
The workshop is part of the research, development, and innovation activities carried out within Spoke 7 – Smart Sector Integration of the NEST – Network 4 Energy Sustainable Transition program. It involves all beneficiaries of the Cascade Call PE00000021, creating a valuable opportunity to discuss the progress and results achieved by each research project.
During the event, WiSNAM will present H2Twin, an advanced Digital Twin designed to optimize renewable energy plants integrating hydrogen storage systems and BESS. By combining modeling, simulation, and real-time operational data, H2Twin contributes to the development of flexible and resilient multi-energy systems, supporting the goals of a sustainable and integrated energy transition.
The workshop represents an important occasion for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and dissemination of innovation within Italy’s national research ecosystem in the energy sector. Through initiatives like NEST, academia and industry come together to drive forward the digitalization and sustainability of energy systems.
