- At Enel Green Power, he spearheaded the implementation of IoT, AI, and predictive maintenance solutions, resulting in a substantial reduction in downtime and a significant increase in operational efficiency.
- During his tenure at Terna Group, he directed the digital strategy, including a digital twin and high-tech remote monitoring program for the National Grid, enhancing resilience and operational efficiency.
- He also led the digital transformation of Enel’s conventional power generation assets, focusing on improving operational efficiency, reducing emissions, and optimizing energy management processes.
- His expertise in the energy sector also includes leading digital projects related to oil and gas, implementing digital solutions for conventional power generation and energy management systems, and driving initiatives to adopt cleantech technologies and decarbonize conventional power plants.
